I have been operating in a managing position for longer than 15 years, being responsible both for qualitative as well as for quantitative KPIs. I bring deep understanding of performance management and operational excellence methods and I have a proven track of outstanding achievements.
Employee-centric management and customer obsession reflect my favorite approach in Business. I’m strongly convinced that excellence can only be reached within a great workplace where satisfied employees support and create loyal and returning customers.
